Ownership

All Case Files and related materials, including but not limited to:

Storylines and narratives
Puzzles and riddles
Clues and game mechanics
Artwork, illustrations, graphics, and layouts
Product design and packaging
Digital downloads and printable content
Logos, brand assets, website content, videos, and promotional materials

are the exclusive intellectual property of HouseOffRiddles, unless otherwise stated.

Personal Use License

When you purchase a HouseOffRiddles Case File, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for your own personal entertainment.

Purchasing a Case File does not transfer ownership or copyright of the product or any of its contents.

Prohibited Uses

Without prior written permission from HouseOffRiddles, you may NOT:

Copy, reproduce, scan, photograph, or duplicate any part of the Case Files.
Redistribute, resell, rent, sublicense, or commercially exploit the product.
Upload, share, or publish the Case Files or their contents online or on social media in a way that reveals solutions or significant gameplay elements.
Modify, translate, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Case Files.
Use HouseOffRiddles Case Files for commercial workshops, ticketed events, corporate events, public experiences, or promotional activities.
Conduct public or private paid events using our Case Files.
Use our branding, logos, product images, or marketing materials without written authorization.

Events & Commercial Usage

Any individual, influencer, organization, educational institution, company, event organizer, café, gaming venue, or business wishing to use HouseOffRiddles Case Files for:

Public events
Ticketed experiences
Corporate team-building
Workshops
Brand collaborations
Promotional campaigns
Commercial entertainment
Community events

must obtain prior written permission from HouseOffRiddles.

Commercial use without written authorization constitutes unauthorized use of our intellectual property and may result in legal action.

Influencer & Content Creator Policy

We welcome influencers and content creators to share their experience with HouseOffRiddles.

However:

Please do not reveal puzzle solutions, hidden clues, endings, or gameplay secrets.
Do not distribute digital or printed copies of the Case Files.
Hosting or organizing events using HouseOffRiddles Case Files requires prior written approval.

Intellectual Property Enforcement

HouseOffRiddles actively protects its intellectual property rights. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, commercial usage, event hosting, distribution, or infringement may result in:

Immediate removal requests
Suspension of permissions or partnerships
Legal notices
Claims for damages and other remedies available under applicable law.

Permission Requests

For licensing, collaborations, influencer partnerships, commercial events, educational use, or any other authorized use of HouseOffRiddles intellectual property, please contact us before proceeding.
